About the Role:
DAC Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading top-tier firm to recruit a lawyer for its market-leading Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Ireland’s most dynamic practices, advising on some of the most innovative and large-scale projects in the country.
We are seeking ambitious solicitors with 1 + years’ post-qualification experience and a genuine interest in specialising in the energy and infrastructure space.
About the Team:
This is Ireland’s leading all-island Energy and Infrastructure team, with deep sectoral expertise across energy utilities, PPP projects, offshore wind, oil and gas, mining, and green energy. The team advises across the full project lifecycle, from development and construction through to financing, investment and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on high-value projects including offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, interconnectors and thermal generation
- Act for sponsors, developers, utilities, infrastructure funds, and financial institutions on complex transactions
- Assist in structuring, drafting and negotiating project documentation, joint ventures, and finance agreements
- Work closely with clients on regulatory and commercial strategy across the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Collaborate across departments on major mandates involving construction, finance, environmental and planning inputs
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales
- Ideally 1+ years’ PQE in a leading firm, with experience in infrastructure, energy, construction, or finance
- Strong drafting and transactional skills
- A genuine interest in energy transition, renewables and large-scale infrastructure
- Commercially astute, solutions-oriented and collaborative
