Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Dublin / Hybrid
Salary: €80,000–€100,000 + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle of commercial or residential construction projects
- Oversee programme delivery, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and on-site teams
- Ensure full compliance with HSE and building regulations
Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Site Manager
- Proven track record in delivering projects €5M+
- Strong understanding of BC(A)R, procurement and contract management
- Experience with MS Project or Asta Powerproject preferred
