About the Role:
DAC Recruitment is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a talented Construction Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE to join their expanding Dublin office. With new and exciting client mandates, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team advising on complex and large-scale construction matters across diverse sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise a broad range of clients including government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, contractors, and design teams
• Draft and negotiate construction-related documentation such as consultant appointments, collateral warranties, building contracts, and development agreements
• Provide advice on procurement strategies, project structuring and dispute avoidance mechanisms
• Support clients across sectors including residential, commercial, life sciences, process engineering, energy and infrastructure
• Assist in dispute resolution including conciliation, adjudication, and litigation, with a focus on managing large volumes of complex documentation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted and commercially aware advisor
• Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team on high-value matters

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with 1+ years’ post-qualification experience in construction law
• Strong advisory, drafting and negotiation skills across both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Experience dealing with complex construction projects and disputes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A solutions-focused, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, resilient and committed to delivering high-quality legal service
