Associate Lawyer, Finance (Aviation)
DAC Recruitment is partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit an Associate Lawyer for its Aviation and Asset Finance team. The role is based in Dublin and offers a hybrid working model.
Team
The Aviation and Asset Finance group is led by partners with deep market knowledge and experience. The team provides a full-service Irish law offering to all participants in the aviation industry, advising on all aspects of their business. Working across departments, the group combines expertise from multiple practice areas to deliver commercial solutions that add value to clients’ operations.
Role
As an Associate in the Aviation and Asset Finance team, you will:
Provide legal and commercial expertise to domestic and international aviation clients.
Work in cross-border and interdisciplinary teams advising on corporate activities.
Engage in business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership.
Draft legal documentation clearly and concisely, applying technical knowledge and commercial judgement.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Attend networking and industry events as part of the team’s client engagement strategy.
Candidate
1 to 7 years’ post qualification experience in finance, aviation or asset finance.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent technical, drafting and critical thinking skills.
Commercially aware with sound judgement and a measured approach to problem solving.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised and capable of managing competing priorities.
Adaptable and open to feedback with a growth mind-set.
