Lawyer, Asset Management & Investment Funds
DAC Recruitment is partnering with a leading Irish law firm to identify a lawyer for its market-leading Asset Management & Investment Funds team. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model.
Team
The Asset Management & Investment Funds group is top ranked and recognised as one of the largest and most dynamic practices in Ireland. The team comprises five partners and over thirty-five lawyers and professionals, including dedicated professional support lawyers, corporate secretarial specialists, and listing and foreign registration experts. The group works seamlessly with specialist teams in tax, finance, financial regulation, real estate, corporate, data protection, and regulatory risk and investigations.
Clients include global asset managers, investment banks, fund administration groups, depositaries, prime brokers, pension funds, insurance companies, and other financial services organisations. The team advises across the full range of Irish fund products, including UCITS, AIFs, REITs, exchange traded funds, and money market funds, covering both liquid and illiquid strategies in all asset classes.
Role
You will advise on:
- Structuring and establishing Irish investment funds.
- Ongoing legal and regulatory obligations of funds and fund service providers.
- UCITS, AIFs, ETFs, REITs and money market funds.
- Corporate secretarial services, global fund registration, and listing services.
Candidate
- One to eight years’ post-qualification experience in Asset Management & Investment Funds.
- Hard-working, enthusiastic and committed team player.
- Strong technical, legal and analytical skills.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including presentations and client-facing interactions.
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
