Senior Associate, Capital Markets (Debt)
DAC Recruitment is partnering with a top-tier Irish law firm to identify a Senior Associate for its leading Capital Markets (Debt) team. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model.
Team
A market-recognised DCM practice with one of the largest dedicated groups in Ireland. You will join an experienced team that collaborates on complex and high-profile mandates across the Irish and international markets.
Role
Advise issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies and trustees on a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance matters. Work spans loan portfolio disposals, public and retained RMBS, non-performing loan securitisations, synthetic securitisations, CLOs, loan originator platforms, regulatory capital issuances, high yield and eurobond issuances, debt programmes and private placements, structured and green bond issuances, financial markets infrastructure, bridge and warehouse financing, securitisation take-outs, and regulatory advisory under the Securitisation Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation, Transparency Directive and Prospectus Regulation.
Candidate
3+ years’ PQE in debt capital markets, gained in private practice or in-house. Strong track record on complex DCM transactions. Excellent academics, analysis and drafting. Commercially astute, organised and able to manage competing deadlines. Clear communicator and effective team player who can operate with autonomy when required.
