Position: Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days from home)
PQE: Newly Qualified up to 12 years
Practice Type: General Practice Law Firm
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Overview
A well-established general practice law firm in Dublin is seeking to hire a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong residential property experience who is looking for a flexible and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (approx. 80% of workload)
- Handle commercial property matters (approx. 20% of workload)
- Advise clients from initial instruction through to completion
- Draft and review contracts, title documents, and reports
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions
- Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland
- Experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently
- A client-focused approach and ability to work well as part of a team
