Our client is a well-established construction firm delivering commercial, residential, and public infrastructure projects across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from inception to handover
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction project management
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
