A leading law firm has an opportunity for a Litigation Associate to join its established disputes and investigations practice in Dublin. The role involves complex commercial litigation, significant investigations and high value matters for Irish and international clients.
The Role
- Work on complex commercial and corporate disputes, including Commercial Court proceedings.
- Assist with regulatory and internal investigations, enforcement matters and statutory inquiries.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and strategic legal advice.
- Manage discovery, evidence and key stages of litigation, working with counsel, experts and clients.
- Take responsibility for matters and collaborate with senior lawyers on significant disputes.
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately 4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution, gained in Ireland, the UK or a comparable practice.
- Strong drafting, analytical, case management and client communication skills.
- Experience of complex disputes or investigations and the ability to manage work independently.
- A commercially minded, collaborative approach.
