A leading law firm is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join its established Dublin team. This opportunity offers the chance to advise on a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters, restructuring assignments and related litigation, working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative environment.
The Role
- Advise on corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring and related commercial issues.
- Advise creditors, company directors, liquidators and other stakeholders on enforcement and insolvency processes.
- Handle contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
- Manage insolvency-related litigation, including drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel and progressing cases through the courts.
- Work with colleagues to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice to clients.
- Develop client relationships and take responsibility for matters appropriate to experience.
What We Are Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 1+ years’ post-qualification experience in insolvency, restructuring or related commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in managing competing deadlines.
- Good communication skills and an ability to build effective client relationships.
- A collaborative approach together with the initiative to progress matters independently.
