A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Services and M&A Managing Associate to join its growing Dublin team. You will advise major financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients on high-value transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic reorganisations. The role also offers exposure to governance and regulatory issues within the financial services sector, working closely with colleagues across the UK and Europe.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE in corporate or financial services law
- Strong transactional experience and commercial awareness
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
