DAC Recruitment is working with a leading international law firm to find a talented Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading General Finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor looking to work on high-value, complex transactions alongside some of the most prominent financial institutions and corporate clients in Ireland and internationally.
The Role
You will be part of a top-tier Finance Group advising on a wide range of mandates, including:
- Corporate lending (including sustainability-linked loans)
- Leveraged and acquisition finance
- Real estate and development finance
- Fund finance arrangements
- Direct lending transactions
- Loan portfolio sales and acquisitions
- Advising lenders on lending products and structures
This is a varied and dynamic role, offering exposure to some of the most significant deals in the Irish market.
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience in finance law
Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
Experience in corporate or structured finance transactions
Motivated, ambitious, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
