DAC Recruitment is working with a leading legal services provider in the search for a highly skilled Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer (5+ PQE) with strong expertise in eDiscovery, investigations, and legal innovation. The Opportunity
You will play a central role in delivering cutting-edge litigation and eDiscovery solutions across high-profile disputes and regulatory investigations. This role is ideal for a commercially astute litigation lawyer looking to step into a leadership role within a team that integrates legal expertise with advanced technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead contact for litigation and dispute resolution teams and clients across multiple concurrent mandates.
- Design and implement strategic eDiscovery workflows tailored to specific case requirements.
- Oversee and mentor a team of junior legal professionals, reviewers, and legal technologists.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal project managers and technology specialists.
- Advise on legal privilege, commercial sensitivity, data protection, and discovery obligations.
- Ensure best practice compliance across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle.
- Support business development, innovation initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
What You Bring
- 6+ years’ PQE in a leading or mid-tier law firm, consultancy, or in-house legal team.
- In-depth knowledge of litigation procedures, privilege, and data privacy law.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale eDiscovery projects and platforms (e.g., Relativity).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent organisational ability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating complex workflows.
- A passion for legal innovation and transformation.
