Senior IP Paralegal – Dublin

Our client, a leading international law firm, is expanding its Intellectual Property function in Dublin and is seeking a Senior IP Paralegal to join its growing team. The role will focus on supporting Irish and UK clients while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe.

The Role

Manage trade mark, design, and patent filings, renewals, oppositions, and assignments.

Maintain and update IP portfolios, ensuring key deadlines are met.

Liaise with clients, local agents, and international offices on cross-border IP matters.

Support the Dublin-based IP lawyers on filings, recordals, and client reports.

Contribute to developing processes and best practice as the Dublin team expands.


About You

3+ years’ IP paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house IP team.

Strong understanding of Irish, UK, and EU IP systems and procedures.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-border team.

Experience setting up or growing an IP function is an advantage.
