We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established suburban practice in Rathgar on a flexible consultancy basis. The position offers autonomy, balance, and the opportunity to develop the role further by growing the client base and carrying over existing clients or contacts.
This is an ideal role for a solicitor who values independence and flexibility while still being part of a respected local practice with a steady pipeline of conveyancing work.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Provide a high-quality, responsive service to an established client base.
- Oversee all aspects of transactions from instruction to completion.
- Opportunity to develop the practice and introduce or carry over your own clients to enhance earnings and autonomy.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Interested in a flexible, part-time role with scope to expand and shape the position over time.
