Position: Senior Knowledge Lawyer – Litigation, Insurance & Healthcare
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to head its Knowledge Management function in Dublin, supporting its market-leading teams in litigation, insurance, and healthcare law. This senior role involves working closely with the Partnership and UK&I Knowledge team to drive legal excellence and knowledge strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the firm’s KM strategy in Ireland
- Maintain precedents, templates, and legal know-how resources
- Deliver legal training and knowledge sharing across practice groups
- Monitor legal developments and produce internal and client-facing content
- Support legal tech, innovation, and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ PQE in litigation, insurance or healthcare law
- Strong drafting, research and communication skills
- Experience in Knowledge Management is desirable but not essential
- Ability to engage and support lawyers at all levels
