The Role:
A well renowned law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Negligence Litigation Secretary to support a busy legal team. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume case files efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support to solicitors in medical negligence litigation.
- Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and medical experts.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling case deadlines.
- Conducting legal research and maintaining case files.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal secretary, ideally in medical negligence.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and case management.
- Excellent typing and document formatting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in case management systems and MS Office.
