Senior Legal Secretary

The Role:

A well renowned law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Negligence Litigation Secretary to support a busy legal team. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume case files efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to solicitors in medical negligence litigation.
  • Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and medical experts.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling case deadlines.
  • Conducting legal research and maintaining case files.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a litigation legal secretary, ideally in medical negligence.
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures and case management.
  • Excellent typing and document formatting skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and MS Office.
