Key Responsibilities:
File management.
Client billing and WIP and Accounts Receivable report management;
Diary and email management.
Co-ordinating travel arrangements and meetings.
Processing Expenses.
Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates.
Maintaining and updating client database.
Required skills and Expertise:
3+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA;
In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems;
Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
Typing skills of at least 65 words per minute;
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
Team player, who can also work on their own initiative;
High degree of attention to detail.
