DAC Recruitment is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a Knowledge Lawyer to join a leading Corporate and M&A team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the team’s success by ensuring the practical application of up-to-date legal knowledge. The position offers the chance to work on innovative knowledge management strategies in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners and fee earners to drive knowledge management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, toolkits, and other legal resources.
- Provide technical legal advice and support to fee earners and clients.
- Deliver client-facing knowledge initiatives, including seminars, training, and publications.
- Innovate and enhance the team’s knowledge offering using emerging technologies.
- Align knowledge initiatives with business development opportunities and client needs.
- Develop and implement internal and external training programs.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification Corporate/M&A experience.
- Strong academic background and interest in legal knowledge management.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to innovate and implement change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- IT literate with an interest in leveraging technology for knowledge solutions.
- A collaborative team player who can influence and engage with diverse teams.
