DAC Recruitment has partnered with an excellent private practice Law Firm in Dublin to hire an Intellectual Property Senior Associate with 3 plus years experience.

Responsibilities:

▪︎advise on the full range of IPRs, with a focus on brand protection, tech IP and patent litigation in the life sciences sector.

▪︎apply their experience to provide an excellent litigation service to our clients.

▪︎assist the IP Partners in managing the rapid growth of the practice;

▪︎support the strategic objectives of the firm.

Candidate Requirements:

▪︎ Ambition to be a leader in intellectual property in Ireland.

▪︎ Strong technical knowledge of IP law.

▪︎ Proven experience in handling complex IP litigation within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
