About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Medical Negligence Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join a leading law firm in Dublin. The successful candidate will work on a range of clinical negligence and healthcare litigation matters, advising clients on complex and high-value claims.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of medical negligence and healthcare litigation matters.
• Advising clients, including healthcare providers, insurers, and individuals, on liability and risk management.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in medical negligence or healthcare litigation.
• Strong experience in defendant or claimant medical negligence matters.
• Excellent case management, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal advice.
