Responsibilities:
• Providing legal support and advice on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence investigations.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
• Managing client communication and expectations effectively.
• Collaborating with senior solicitors and other team members on complex legal matters.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
• Meeting deadlines and managing workload effectively.
• Staying abreast of current legal developments and best practices.
Essential Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland/UK
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
