Competition and Regulated Markets Lawyer

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Competition and Regulated Markets Solicitor to join a leading law firm’s team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile and complex Irish and EU competition law cases while collaborating with top industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise domestic and international clients on Irish and EU competition law, including cartels, merger control, state aid, and compliance.
  • Handle investigations, litigation, and disputes with regulators.
  • Draft legal documents and provide strategic, commercially sound advice.
  • Engage in business development, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build strong client relationships while delivering the highest quality service.

Skills & Expertise:

  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in competition/antitrust law.
  • Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • High level of business awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage competing priorities.
