Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Competition and Regulated Markets Solicitor to join a leading law firm’s team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile and complex Irish and EU competition law cases while collaborating with top industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise domestic and international clients on Irish and EU competition law, including cartels, merger control, state aid, and compliance.
- Handle investigations, litigation, and disputes with regulators.
- Draft legal documents and provide strategic, commercially sound advice.
- Engage in business development, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships while delivering the highest quality service.
Skills & Expertise:
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in competition/antitrust law.
- Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills.
- High level of business awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage competing priorities.
