Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join their thriving Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-value, complex commercial litigation matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers a hybrid working model, providing a flexible work-life balance.

About the Role:

– Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, from initial client consultation to trial and appeal.
– Advise clients on a range of commercial disputes, including contract breaches, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
– Conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings and other court documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
– Manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines.
– Work collaboratively with a team of experienced solicitors and support staff.
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
– Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.

About You:

– Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation.
– Strong understanding of Irish commercial litigation law and procedure.
– Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in legal research and drafting.
– Experience with a hybrid working model is advantageous.
