About the Role:
Our client, a highly regarded private practice law firm in Dublin, is seeking a talented Banking & Finance Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor to join their dynamic Banking and Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and syndicated lending.
- Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other finance-related contracts.
- Assisting with due diligence processes and transaction management.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to a diverse client base, including financial institutions, corporates, and investors.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
About You:
- Recently qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
- Experience in Banking and Finance during your training contract or post-qualification experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
