Agricultural Operations and Support Technician

Role Overview

At the manufacturing facility, you will be involved in:

• Assembling electronic hardware for our innovative dosing systems.
• Testing and calibrating systems to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Collaborating with the design and production teams to refine processes and improve product reliability.

In the field, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering minerals to farms, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Liaising with farmers to understand their needs, offer advice, and provide excellent customer service.
• Providing on-site technical support to ensure the correct installation and operation of our systems.
• Training farmers on how to effectively use our systems.
• Gathering feedback from customers to enhance our products and services.

Key Skills and Attributes

• A strong aptitude for hands-on work, particularly with electronic hardware.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with farmers.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
• An interest in AgTech or agricultural sustainability is a plus.
