E-Discovery Manager

Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Legal professional to join their innovative Legal Solutions practice group. Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Client and Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between advisory teams, clients, and the Legal Solutions team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team, encouraging professional growth and ensuring excellence in their output.
• Project Oversight: Manage task assignment, supervision, and reporting, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery of high-quality work.
• Client Experience: Drive an exceptional client experience by ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Innovation Advocacy: Actively contribute to the growth and evolution of the Legal Solutions team, promoting innovative approaches to legal challenges.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A legal qualification and a relevant degree/diploma in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in legal innovation, with a passion for exploring creative solutions to legal challenges.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, including the EDRM and best practices in discovery standards; familiarity with Irish privilege and data protection laws is advantageous.
• Previous experience managing an eDiscovery or litigation support team.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity (preferred but not essential).
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and team members.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• A collaborative, flexible, and positive approach to work.
