Position: In-House Counsel – Corporate/Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 1–8 years
Location: Dublin (onsite)
Work Pattern: Full-time or 4-day week option

Overview:
A leading Irish company with a strong consumer and retail presence is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join its expanding in-house legal team. This is a rare opportunity for solicitors looking to move in-house or build on their in-house experience within a commercially focused and high-performing legal function.
About the Role:
As In-House Counsel, you will work closely with senior legal and commercial stakeholders across the business. You will provide proactive legal advice and support on a range of non-contentious legal matters, including:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and service agreements
Advising on corporate structuring, governance, and operational legal matters
Supporting commercial transactions, procurement, and supply chain arrangements
Advising on data protection (GDPR), technology, and IP issues from a commercial standpoint
Collaborating cross-functionally on strategic and compliance projects
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 1–8 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial law
Previous in-house experience is an advantage but not essential
Strong commercial contract and advisory skills
Experience in data protection or technology law is desirable
Ability to work independently and commercially, with strong interpersonal skills
