Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 DOE
Annual Leave: 25 days

An established litigation firm with a strong reputation in high-profile plaintiff matters is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist Multi-Party Litigation Unit focused on defective building materials. This role offers a rare chance to contribute to a nationally significant case with major public interest.

The Opportunity:

As part of a dedicated multi-party litigation team, you’ll play a central role in managing complex High Court proceedings, liaising with affected parties, and helping deliver access to justice in one of the most high-profile legal actions of its kind.

Key Requirements:

At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in High Court commercial litigation.

Solid understanding of EU law.

Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.

Proven experience managing client relationships.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Genuine interest in plaintiff-side litigation and client welfare.

Proficiency in legal tech tools (MS Office essential; experience with case management systems such as Keyhouse is a plus).
