Design Coordinator – Pre‑construction (MEP Focus)
Location: Dublin or London / International Projects
Salary: €70,000–€85,000 or £60,000–£75,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MEP and architectural design packages
- Support clash detection and value engineering
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors pre‑contract
- Assist with tendering and design submissions
Experience Required:
- 4–6 years’ experience in a Design Coordinator or Technical role
- Background in Architecture, Building Services or Engineering
- Revit and BIM 360 experience essential
- Experience on data centre, pharma or high‑tech projects preferred
