Quantity Surveyor – Residential & Mixed‑Use Development
Location: Galway / Remote Flex
Salary: €65,000–€90,000 + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, incl. BOQs
- Monitor project budgets and valuations
- Negotiate with subcontractors and manage variations
- Provide detailed cost reports to senior management
Experience Required:
- 3–7 years’ experience in residential or mixed-use projects
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Experience with JCT/RIAI contracts
- Proficiency in Buildsoft or CostX preferred
